David Brewi is a very well-built Vietnam War veteran who was a grunt in the 'Charlie' company. Despite the war being 2 decades past, he still carries on the lifestyle of a shell-shocked veteran, who is tough and ruthless. He is introduced is Spawn issue #25, as harassing Paul in the alleyways - stating that he is ready for a turf-war with Spawn. His direct superior is Tremor.
